The SC-T47 Quad Thin Client with Four Digital Video Outputs Debuts at Citrix Synergy Enterprise Mobility Conference

The ViewSonic SC-T47 thin client provides an economical and feature-rich solution for driving multiple displays in a virtual desktop environment, supporting up to four Full HD, 1080p displays.  Featuring Citrix Ready®–HDX™ Verified status from Citrix Systems, Inc., the SC-T47 ensures amazingly fast, high-speed virtual desktop performance with excellent 2D/3D graphics capabilities.  With integrated WiFi, four DVI outputs, and five USB ports, the SC-T47 provides the connectivity for a wide range of displays and peripherals for optimal productivity.

The SC-T47 joins ViewSonic’s diverse and award-winning line of VDI products, including the innovative smart displays.  It is the first and only thin client in a compact, 2.4 pound form factor that can power up to four 1920x1200 displays.  Built with Microsoft® Windows® 8 embedded OS and 2.0GHz speed, the SC-T47 is the no compromise solution for knowledge workers to power users.

ViewSonic also launches the SC-T46 Thin Client, a powerful and flexible thin client with 1.1 pound form factor.  The SC-T46 is optimized for all major remote networking protocols.  The SC-T46 features integrated WiFi, supports dual digital outputs, and has additional peripheral support with four USB ports.  With its small design, the SC-T46 offers powerful PC-like virtual performance in a discrete and integrated form factor.

ViewSonic’s SC-T47 will be available in June 2014 with an SRP of $699.00 (USD).  The SC-T46 will be available in July 2014 with an SRP of $449.00 (USD).
