Not receiving activation email

If you're experiencing issues with receiving the activation email, please follow these steps to resend the activation email and complete your account setup. 

 

Steps to Troubleshoot


1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder: 
Sometimes, emails might be incorrectly flagged as spam. Check your spam or junk email folder to see if the activation email is there. 

2. Verify Your Email Address: 

Ensure that you entered the correct email address during the sign-up process. A typo could prevent the email from being delivered. 

3. Resend the Activation Email: 

Go back to the ClassSwift sign-in page, enter your email address, and click on "Resend Activation Email" to have the activation email resent. 

4. Check Email Filters: 

If you use email filters or rules, ensure that they are not preventing the activation email from reaching your inbox.
