Why is the pre-installed myViewBoard unable to be activated on my Windows?

myViewBoard preinstall version dates back to v.1.31.5, need to be reinstalled.

The best way to solve this issue is to uninstall myViewBoard on your PC or slot-in PC, and then download the latest version on myViewBoard.com.

Step1: Properly uninstall the pre-install version

Step2: Download the latest version from the official website.
Step3: Once you reinstalled the latests app, you will be able to use your myViewBoard Whiteboard directly.
