After the 2023 firmware update, myViewBoard users might encounter a failure to login, see an Error 403, or "disallow_useragent" error as shown below, when using Chromium to sign in to myViewBoard via Google SSO.
We acknowledge this issue and are working on finding a resolution. In the meantime, please adopt other means to sign-in to Whiteboard:
Download the Companion app for QR code sign-in.
Use the Browser app instead of the Chromium app.
Switch to "Mobile View" in Chromium while on the sign-in page.
