ViewSonic Launches the VP3481 ColorPro™ Professional Monitor to Deliver Exceptional Color Accuracy and Incredible Detail

With an immersive curved screen and WQHD 3440x1440 resolution, the VP3481 is designed to deliver exceptional color accuracy and vivid details. Engineered to provide color accuracy and precision, the ColorPro VP3481 is perfect for color-critical applications, whether editing videos, photographs or graphic design.



With a sleek and frameless design, the ColorPro VP3481 is a 34-inch monitor featuring an ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ratio with an all-encompassing curved screen, which provides incredible detail and colors across wide viewing angles. The pre-calibrated color settings with 100%* sRGB color gamut coverage and Delta E<2† value elevates the viewing experience by offering precise color accuracy, vivid details and color-consistency across the screen. An integrated color uniformity function ensures consistent chromaticity and the 14-bit, 3D look-up table generates a stunningly smooth palette of 4.39 trillion colors. HDR10 compatibility provides a wider dynamic range of richer contrast and intense color reproduction.

 

The monitor’s 100Hz refresh rate allows the monitor to produce smooth, tear-free playback, making it an ideal fit for video editors and game developers. In addition, AMD FreeSync™ technology** seamlessly synchronizes the frame rate output between the graphics card and monitor. This dynamic refresh rate effectively eliminates stuttering, and jerkiness for smooth video playback.

 

Along with integrated 5W stereo speakers, the VP3481 also comes with a full array of connectivity options including USB 3.1 Type-C, DisplayPort and HDMI. The USB 3.1 Type-C input provides 60W of charging capability, while the HDCP 2.2 content protection is standard across all ports to provide secure 4K content playback, streaming and gaming.

Hardware calibration is also available with the optional ViewSonic Colorbration Kit, which allows users to quickly and easily calibrate the monitor.

 

The ColorPro VP3481 is available now with an estimated street price of $699.99 (USD).
