Why can't RS232 be used to Power on/off the DVLED Display while in Standby Mode?

Currently, RS232 cannot Power on/off a DVLED display while in Sleep Mode. Check the On-Screen Display (OSD) settings to see if the Standby Mode is set to Sleep Mode.   Solution 1.
