I have bound my cloud storage, but I still can't access them on myViewBoard

Double check your Cloud Storage Authentication, make sure you have bound them correctly.

If your cloud storage is still not showing up, check the following:

Sign in to your myViewBoard for Windows

On the title bar, click

Check to see if your cloud services are enabled or disabled


Enabled


Disabled
