ViewSonic’s Heather Hulse and Colleen Browne Named to the 2015 CRN Women of the Channel List

Brea, CA, (June 1, 2015) – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solution products, today announces that Heather Hulse, director of sales, national accounts, and Colleen Browne, director of North American sales, have been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.

This year’s Women of the Channel were carefully reviewed and selected by the editors of CRN based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel.

In her 18 years with ViewSonic, Hulse has had the opportunity to work the entire channel spectrum, from distribution to working with highly specialized VARs. This experience allowed her to better service her customers, including creating tailored VIP experiences that aid resellers of all sizes to grow their businesses and reach new vertical markets. She continues to increase ViewSonic’s reseller and VAR base and drive the company’s product offerings through the channel.

Browne is a veteran of the Women of the Channel list, and continues to grow ViewSonic’s reseller base. Her determination and creative endeavors allow reseller partners to stay aware of ViewSonic’s innovative solutions and how these solutions can grow their businesses. Browne heads up an outside sales team that focus on servicing the channel while continuing to grow and nurture current and new reseller partners.

“These executives have made a lasting mark on the industry, expanding the breadth of influence in the technology channel,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and celebrate their innovative contributions and commitment to the IT channel community.”

“ViewSonic is extremely proud to have these two vital team members recognized by CRN,” said Jeff Volpe, president of ViewSonic Americas. “Having both Heather and Colleen identified and placed on the Women of the Channel list validates their dedication and hard work in the channel. ViewSonic is a channel-dedicated company, and we place a high value on having a diverse workplace. Heather and Colleen put in the time, effort and commitment on a daily basis to ensure growth for their partners, which is nothing short of amazing. We’re honored to have both women on the ViewSonic team.”

The Women of the Channel will be featured in the June issue of CRN, and online at www.CRN.com.
