The coverage includes Zero Bright Dots, Panel Coverage, Advanced Swap and X-Rite Recalibration. Customers can rest assured that their new VP68 is of the highest quality.
VP68 professional monitors are built for colour critical applications and include impressive colour accuracy, colour consistency, hardware calibration functionality and more. With, models ranging in resolution from 1080p to 4K and sizes up to 32-inches. Defective panels will be covered under ViewSonic’s new Improved Panel Coverage, which will offer customers a Premium Panel guarantee which includes Zero Bright Dot (ZBD) coverage of one year. Premium Service coverage will allow users to call service centres and have a monitor unit shipped to them before they have their monitor serviced. This advanced swap method ensures that users do not experience any downtime due to defective models. ViewSonic’s Reliable Warranty policy will cover products for three years and will include panel coverage as well. In addition, VP68 series customers will have the option of taking advantage of ViewSonic’s Professional Calibration policy which will offer a complimentary one-time X-Rite calibration of their VP68 professional monitor.
